It could be left as is, but would need a fresh paint job for full restoration. The frame, axles, tie rods, ball joints are all rust free. The drivers floor pan is rusted through however it stops at the pan and does not carry into tunnel cover or any surrounding structural areas. The leaf springs are rusty but work well. The interior is all original and has a tear on the seat. The dash and all its gauges are in perfect condition. The glass is all original but is in perfect condition.
