JOB DESCRIPTION
The Big Ten Network Brand Ambassador Program raises brand awareness geared specifically towards each Big Ten campus's student body and fan base. The Brand Ambassador Program will give students an opportunity to be an extension of the Big Ten Network on their respective campuses while learning what it takes to work on-site at Big Ten events/games and exclusively represent the Big Ten Network brand. Brand Ambassadors will report directly to the Chicago-based Manager of Marketing, and will be based at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Lincoln, NE.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support on-site activations at major sporting events to ensure effective engagement and promotion of the Big Ten Network brand
  • Plan, organize, and execute on-campus events maximizing student and fan interaction with the Big Ten Network
  • Take part in Big Ten Network-specific events, such as Big Ten Tailgate, ensuring brand visibility and positive audience experiences

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be actively enrolled in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
  • Current class standing of sophom*ore, (second-year college student) or above and on-campus throughout the entire school year (excluding holiday breaks)
  • Strong academic record
  • Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
  • Access to own housing and transportation to/from BTN events

In the venn diagram of content creation and production, we occupy the overlapping space and play a central role in the newsroom's most important work. We provide design direction, make UX improvements to small enterprise projects and steer teams toward alternative story forms that may communicate their reporting *** ter than a traditional news article. We work with the audience team to balance our storytelling and innovation goals with the technical and design best practices that maximize SEO and the user experience. From ideation to final deployment, we also project manage, design and develop the newsroom's largest projects.

The ideal candidate will translate reporting into visually compelling packages for digital platforms. Your New Role...

The Senior Revenue Accountant will be responsible for: preparing daily, monthly and quarterly advertising revenue accounting in accordance with US GAAP and Company policies and practices; performing SOX controls; preparing relevant reports and schedules necessary for management and external reporting obligations; and other duties as listed below. This role will work closely with key stakeholders in FP&A, Pricing & Planning, and internal and external audit.

Your New Role

The Technical Support Analyst role works in our onsite Tech Bar providing both remote and in-person support across the business. This position plays a vital front line support role providing both hardware and software support. We delivery these technology solutions with white glove treatment.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Provide escalation support from level 1 support using the ServiceNow Live Chat & Phone service. Prompt responding is vital.
  • Provide remote/virtual support using Zoom or other remote tools available to technicians.
  • Work on Global Ser *** Desk incidents/requests that are routed to the Global Ser *** Desk via ServiceNow and with Local Workforce Support teams to help resolve/satisfy incidents/requests .

  • Record Incidents accurately and timely in the ServiceNow ticket management system.

  • Communicate with 2nd line support teams for incident follow ups or escalations.
