Choose the mystery that includes multiple 3rd grade math skills (Mystery #1), the multiplication and division facts (Mystery #2), or the add/subtract facts math mystery (Mystery #3). And another cool fact? Clues are interchangeable! This means you could use the 3rd grade mystery and swap out one of the clues for an add/subtract clue instead if you wanted to. This activity is made to be flexible!

Every mystery comes with different clues for students to solve. Each time they solve a clue, students are given a phrase that will tell them what to cross off their recording sheet. Students are actively using their critical thinking skills to determine answers in these detective worksheets! When all clues are complete, students will solve the mystery!
